That makes you actually want to do quest even if you hate it (I used to hate it). The coolest thing about quests is it is the only way to get skill points. It's kinda cool though because like that you get stronger from killing mobs without the quests giving you no xp anymore and so on. That means you can't overlevel yourself infinitely. you get character xp aswell killing mobs and at roughly 5 - 6 levels ahead you gain as much character xp as you get hunter xp. You can overlevel yourself easily by killing mobs so you will have more stat points than you should have on that level. You can chose your specialisation on lvl 30 (2 - 3 days of moderate play) and carry items of that level. You character level is the overall progresssion. You have a character level and a hunter level. You do insane damage right from the start and there are many new mechanics which I have personally never seen. It is a great MMO for people who like it casual. Give this game a try and get to lvl 20 at least. That's why there are no successful pokemon rip off mmos I believe. balancing a pokemon fighting mmo would be very very difficult I think. However, he is very brave and jumps on everything that attacks you.ītw. I think it's not possible to to give it commands directly but I may be wrong. You have a tiny friend which follows you arround who can carry gear aswell and fight on your side. There are quests where you ride dragomon and they can attack stuff.
I don't Know if they will be able to attack or ave other abilities in the future but it might be. You can of course use everyone as a mount too. If you study your dragomon well enough you obtain glyphs (unique to every dragonmon) which you can apply to your character and get nice bonuses. You have a ranch where you can keep and breed them (right from the start). However, allthough I am a Pokemon fan, it is actually a good thing you don't fight with them. I think the game comes off really confusing in the beginning and you are disappointed when you think you can battle with dragomon against other players. HI, I think I will do a video for people who don't know if it's worth a try.
